Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team for the evening shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse. This position is crucial to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a stand-up forklift to move, load, unload, and stack materials and products in the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure the forklift is in safe working condition.
• Safely transport goods to and from designated storage areas, docks, or production lines.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipping or production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly documenting material movements.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to minimize risks and accidents.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packing, labeling, or cleaning.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping orders, work instructions, and inventory documentation.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems are a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
