Administrative Assistant (Drug & Alcohol Program – Compliance Support)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Fully Onsite)
Duration: October 27, 2025 – January 31, 2026
Pay: $18/hr

About the Role
We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Drug and Alcohol Program team for one of the nation’s leading airlines based in Fort Worth, TX . This role is a great fit for someone organized, detail-oriented, and dependable who enjoys working in a structured environment and supporting compliance operations.

You’ll be part of a team that ensures all federal testing documentation meets FAA and DOT requirements. Training will be provided — all you need is a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify drug and alcohol testing documentation for accuracy
• Organize and maintain employee files for FAA and DOT compliance audits
• Contact previous employers to collect or verify DOT records
• Track and log testing schedules and follow-up testing results
• Assist with document corrections, filing, and general program support
• Communicate updates and clearances to internal teams and leadership
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or data-entry role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in aviation, HR, or compliance support
• Familiarity with FAA or DOT regulations (49 CFR Part 40 / 14 CFR Part 120)
