Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Coffee Production

Job Description

Join a locally rooted coffee production company in Captain Cook, Hawaii, passionate about delivering high-quality, Hawaiian-grown coffee to the world. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role includes light cleaning duties and opportunities to get involved in the coffee production process. It's a great fit for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and wants to grow with a dynamic local business.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing emails.
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and inventory tracking.
• Support the team with documentation and purchase orders.
• Perform light cleaning duties to keep the workspace tidy.
• Learn and assist in coffee production operations, if interested.

Essential Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Experience in administration or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Dependability and punctuality are a must.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
