Akkodis is seeking an AI Engineer with strong AWS skills for a fully remote role. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years within AI development and 3+ years in AWS services. This role is starting as a 3-6+ month temporary role with chance of extension or temp-to-hire.

Pay Range: $60-65 per hour; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

AI Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining agentic AI frameworks and solutions

• Implementing agentic AI frameworks and protocols on AWS, ensuring seamless agent-to-agent interaction

• Leveraging modern cloud-native technologies

• Building autonomous softwareagentsthat function within distributed environments, utilizingReact and JavaScript for front-enddevelopment, and Python/JavaScript/Java for AWS Infrastructure as Code (IAC) with CDK for cloud deployment

• Developing and maintaining user interfaces using React and JavaScript for agentic AI applications

• Collaborate closely with architectsandtechnology leaders to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and create responsive systems using agentic AI principles

• Building and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK and IAC best practices

• Optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalability of agentic AI deployments

• Documenting technical designs, protocols, and operational procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of proven experience in developing AI-driven software agents, LLM’s, or distributed systems

• 3+ years of experience with AWS services, including Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and AWS CDK

• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript for front-end development

• Experience withagentic AI frameworks, protocols, MPC, and tools is a plus

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively

• Proficiency with AWS CDK and IAC methodologies

• Experience withcloud-native application developmentanddeployment using AWS SDK, Cli, etc

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
