Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and government counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. The All-Source Analyst shall possess the following capabilities: * Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions. * Demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications. Qualifications: SME Level: Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSCOCOM SOF or national level government. * At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations. * Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. * Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. * Three (3) or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products). * Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6)/GS-15 level or higher Expert Level: Minimum of six (6) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level. * Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. * Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. * Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5)/GS-14 level or higher Journeyman Level: Minimum of four (4) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies. * Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. * Demonstrate working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. * Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3)/GS-13 level or higher.
