Job Title: Application Developer / Analyst (PHP & Web Application) – Junior & Senior Level

Location: Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid – 50% onsite / 50% remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking  two adaptable, business-minded Application Developers/Analysts to support the next major upgrade of our internal web application suite. These applications include our proprietary  POS, CRM, billing, scheduling, care assessment, charting, and resident-facing systems . Upcoming projects also include a  new recruiting platform and a  community-facing web app for residents and families.

This role goes beyond heads-down coding. We need team members who can  engage with project managers and end users, translate needs into practical solutions, and deliver high-quality updates to our PHP-based applications. The work will be  primarily front-end web development , with opportunities to integrate AI where it makes sense. Available Roles

1. Junior PHP Developer

• Experience: 0–3 years of professional PHP development experience
  
• Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000
  
• Ideal for candidates with strong foundational PHP skills looking to grow in a supportive environment.
  

2. Senior PHP Developer

• Experience: 5+ years of professional PHP development experience
  
• Salary Range: $110,000 – $125000
  
• Ideal for seasoned developers ready to take ownership of complex projects and mentor junior team members.
  

Responsibilities (for both roles):

• Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications and systems
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security
  
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in PHP development
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP and related frameworks
  
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL)
  
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
