Job Title: Assembler
Location: Goleta, CA
Pay: $20 – $25 per hour DOE
We are seeking an Assembler to join our team in Goleta. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience and some knowledge of soldering techniques. This role requires attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to follow technical instructions to ensure quality and accuracy in production.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components and parts according to specifications and diagrams
Perform soldering on small parts and electronic components as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous assembly experience required
Some experience with soldering preferred
Ability to read and follow instructions or schematics
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
