A nationally recognized, high-volume dinner-only concept in the heart of Bozeman is seeking a driven, hospitality-forward leader to grow into the role of Assistant General Manager . The Opportunity

• This role is designed for someone ready to organically grow into the AGM position , working closely with a seasoned leadership team:
• • General Manager with 7 years at the company, 3 as GM
  • Two founding partners with 17 and 19 years of tenure
  • 15-person management team supporting 165 staff members
• You’ll be stepping into a culture that prioritizes internal growth , values work-life balance, and is building toward a sustainable restaurant group where quality of life is just as important as performance.
