Job Description

Position Summary:

The Associate Experience Manager serves as a strategic partner to the HTCG Hospitality Leaders, Managers, and client partners. This role supports the execution of Harvest Table’s people strategy by delivering high-impact HR programs and services. Acting as both a business partner and employee advocate, the Associate Experience Manager helps identify solutions to business needs while fostering a culture of engagement, development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

People Strategy Execution: Partner with location leadership to implement Harvest Table’s people strategy in alignment with business goals.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact details, job classifications, pay rates, and organizational structure.

Talent Acquisition Support: Manage job postings, track applications, and support hiring events and recruitment activities.

Shared Services Collaboration: Coordinate with myPay, myStaffing, and myHR teams on payroll, staffing, and employee relations matters.

Talent Development: Support onboarding, orientation, and development initiatives. Collaborate on succession planning and retention strategies.

Compliance & Reporting: Conduct audits and prepare mandatory reports (e.g., I-9, EEO-1, payroll) to ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate guidelines.

Employee Engagement : Plan and execute engagement initiatives in partnership with account leaders to foster a positive workplace culture.

Strategic Problem Solving: Develop integrated solutions to business challenges, balancing employee advocacy with organizational priorities.

Culture Leadership: Champion HTCG’s Y.E.S. Culture through influence, execution, and prioritization of people-focused initiatives.

Fairness & Training: Ensure fair treatment of employees and compliance with training standards across all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field required.

2–4 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably supporting a business unit.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to lead, influence, and build effective relationships.

Experience in employment law, recruiting, and HR compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly with staff and leadership teams.
