Job Description
Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide expert behavior support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within K-12 self-contained school programs in the Jacksonville, FL area. This role focuses on collaborating with teachers to enhance student outcomes through data-driven behavioral strategies rather than direct service delivery. You will support multiple schools through itinerant service, applying your expertise to conduct observations, assist with data collection, develop Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and model effective behavioral interventions.
