Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time BCBA position is available to provide specialized behavioral support within K-12 self-contained school programs in the Jacksonville, FL area. This contract role will run from January 5, 2026, through May 28, 2026, with an itinerant schedule supporting 5 to 7 schools (specific locations to be determined). The position involves offering consultative and strategic assistance to teachers rather than direct service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with educators to implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Conduct observations and assist with data collection related to student behavior.
• Develop Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and behavior support plans.
• Model effective behavior techniques and support teaching staff in managing classroom behavior.
• Provide ongoing recommendations to improve student outcomes in self-contained settings.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA licensure is required.
• Demonstrated experience supporting behavioral programs in K-12 school environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload across multiple schools.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to effectively guide educational staff.

Location and Work Details:

• On-site work within school buildings in Jacksonville, FL.
• Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week.
• Contract position through the current school year (CSY).
