Loving Bilingual Nanny for Adorable Newborn – Philadelphia, PA
A warm and kind couple in Philadelphia is seeking an English- and Spanish-speaking nanny with excellent newborn experience to care for their sweet baby boy, who is just 2 months old. This is a special opportunity to join a loving household and become a trusted support for a new family navigating life with their first child.
The family is looking for a nurturing, responsible, and baby-savvy nanny who can fully focus on all things related to the baby, including:
Feeding (bottle prep and feeding)
Diapering and clothing changes
Soothing and putting the baby down for naps
Baby’s laundry
Bottle and pump part cleaning and sterilization
Keeping the baby’s space tidy and organized
They currently have a night doula helping overnight until September, and are now looking for someone to lovingly care for their son during the day.
This position will likely start as part-time (30 hours/week) and become full-time (40 hours/week) when mom returns to work on October 1st. However, the family is open to starting full-time right away for the right candidate.
Part-time example schedule:
Mon–Wed: 7:00 or 8:00 AM – 1:00 or 2:00 PM
Thurs–Fri: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Full-time example schedule:
Mon–Wed: 7:00 or 8:00 AM – 3:00 or 4:00 PM
Thurs–Fri: 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 7:00 or 8:00 PM
(Mom needs extra help later in the week as Dad works evenings on Thursdays and Fridays.)
The family appreciates flexibility as the schedule may evolve with the baby’s development.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong newborn and infant care experience
Gentle, loving, and calm energy
Responsible and trustworthy
Excellent communication skills
Open to travel in the future
Safe driver (not immediately needed, but required down the line)
$35–$40/hour, depending on experience, negotiable for the right candidate
