As a Clinic Admin , you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming environment for our patients and parents. This position offers direct patient contact—both by phone and in person—and works side by side with our dentist to keep the clinic running efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working closely with the dentist to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
• Letting the doctor know when patients are ready to be seen
• Gathering patients and preparing them to be seen by the doctor
• Charting treatment plans as directed by the doctor
• Writing referrals for patients who need specialty care
• Placing detailed notes in each patient’s chart
• Greeting patients warmly and walking them to their chairs
• Informing patients and parents about follow-up appointments and next steps
• Answering phones with a smile and providing excellent customer service

• Strong communication skills—in person and over the phone
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Bilingual is a must!

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental or medical office experience is a plus!
