2026 Public Theater Brooklyn College Operations Fellowship
The Brooklyn College Fellowship at The Public Theater offers full-time, paid administrative training opportunities to recent graduates from Brooklyn College for a duration of seven months. Made possible by the generous support and partnership the Tow Foundation and the Miranda Family Fund, this program ensures that each Fellow is engrained within a specific Public Theater department related to their chosen discipline, providing them with robust professional development and network-building opportunities to help launch their careers.

The 2026 Public Theater Brooklyn College Fellowship includes:
The Operations department is responsible for all aspects of facilities management for our various sites including the Delacorte Theater, 425 Lafayette Street, rehearsal studios at 440 Lafayette and multiple warehouses.
The Operations Fellow will be exposed to the daily tasks of the Operations Department including administrative functions and systems operations across all sites. The ideal candidate has an interest in theater and previous experience in theater production or administration, experience with Microsoft Office, and is organized, detail-oriented, a good communicator, and has a positive attitude. An interest in the inner workings of historic buildings and capital projects is a plus.

Digital fluency and eagerness to learn would make the candidate a valuable asset to the Ops Team. Availability Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm
