Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst Jr for a Contract job with a client in Mays Landing, NJ . The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills to assist in gathering requirements and documenting business processes. They will also support specification development and risk identification.

Rate Range: $38/hour to $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst Jr job responsibilities include:

• Assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements

• Analyzing current business processes and workflows

• Supporting development of functional and technical specifications

• Participating in meetings to communicate project updates

• Helping identify project risks and support testing and implementation

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools

Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
