Assists in the development, preparation, and monitoring of performance improvement projects. A. Education/Certification and Licensure: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare finance or related field; or four (4) years progressively responsible business or finance experience may be substituted for educational requirement. B. Experience: In addition to education requirement, two years (2) experience in finance or a related field performing budgeting and analysis, financial modeling, along with knowledge of general accounting. Experience to demonstrate: o Ability to develop and maintain PC worksheets of high complexity. o Ability to extract and report off relational databases. o Ability work collaboratively with a broad range of people to accomplish assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with high quality customer service. o Effective written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills.
