Overview: NuWave, LLC is looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion to learn and understand customer analytics. The NuWave data analyst candidate must be a responsible person. The candidate must have courage, determination, be willing to work long hours using particular software to collect, organize, interpret, manage, filter data into figures, and free from errors. This is a full time opportunity located at our headquarters in Libertyville, Illinois.

Data Analyst Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The data analyst is responsible for wholesome review, interpretation, analysis of collected data using different tools, statistical techniques such as PMLT, MS Excel & data management systems to provide accurate & reliable customer specific reports to the NuWave leadership team.

• The data analyst acquires data from internal data sources & external data sources; builds & creates systems to maintain databases/data systems.

• The data analyst must develop a healthy data collection system & sound strategies for getting quality customer support data from different sources to use it to the right place efficiently for the NuWave call center team.

• The data analyst is also liable for preparing presentations, conducting research & maintaining the quality of database systems.

• The data analyst assists in database administration, design, security & timely maintenance of the data base.

• The data analyst is responsible for preparing various NuWave call center statistical reports on operational performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & on an annual basis.

• The data analyst must be able to prepare drafts & develops standards for different reports on data management systems.

• The data analyst should interact individually with NuWave’s clients to identify their information, maintain the relationship & research needs.

• The data analyst assists & provides counseling & advice to NuWave clients in determination of suitable analytical methodology to their business and achieving business objectives.

• The data analyst is responsible for reporting any trending issues the leadership team & any other NuWave departments that require notification.

• The data analyst is required to recommend software enhancements to reduce call center volume.

Data Analyst Key Skills:

• The data analyst should be versatile & have decent experience of collection and analysis of complex data, both narrative and statistical.

• The data analyst should have strong analytical skills.

• The data analyst must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build good working relationships.

• The data analyst must have ability to explain things in front of technical/non-technical person NuWave employees.

• The data analyst should have the ability to work well alone & also within a team.

• The data analyst must be punctual & have very good time management skills.

• The data analyst must have project management skills, aspects of planning, organizing & coordinating projects with internal & external customers/clients.

• The data analyst should have the ability to handle stress & have excellent problem solving skills.

• The data analyst should be active, self-motivated, a quick learner, & an innovative person.

Data Analyst Qualifications and Requirements:

• The data analyst should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Statistics / Mathematics / Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent degree & work experience.

• The data analyst should have heavy Microsoft Excel skills, experienced with Excel VBA & spreadsheet applications.

• The data analyst must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• The data analyst should be experienced with computer setup, networking and familiar with language like C++.
