Position Overview:

Entry level position responsible for assisting the Business Development team with all business development and company marketing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the marketing & brand materials
• Assist with all press releases, company newsletters and announcements
• Assist with RFP’s, proposals and presentations
• Assist in maintenance of BD related technology (Salesforce and Social Media)
• Assist with development of project budgets
• Assist with all client events

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• A professional, results-oriented person with creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, and have great attention to detail
• Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and team in a professional manner
• Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat, graphic design software knowledge is required
• Ability to work as a team member
• Previous work directly related to the hospitality industry is a plus
• Furniture Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) product knowledge is a plus
