BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
- PTO: 15 days year 1 vacation and Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency
- Customize and optimize ERP system and related applications
- Structure data across systems to enable effective reporting and decision-making
- Evaluate, test, and implement new products and technologies
- Gather requirements and document both functional and technical needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing actionable insights
- Automate workflows to improve accuracy and streamline operations
- Contribute to data-driven strategies that align with business goals
- Identify opportunities for innovation that support scalability and growth
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with automation is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems - Accumatica, Dynamics 365, Epicor, Infor, etc.
- Knowledge of data modeling, query languages (DAX, SQL), or basic scripting is a plus
