This position will be client-facing, where strong communications skills, understanding of business processes, and requirements gathering are required. Responsibilities Work with client teams to analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes Work with stakeholders to gather insights, ensure compliance, and streamline workflows Build process flows and consolidate data from various sources to support continual process improvement initiatives Establish and track key performance indicators Work with developers to generate KPI and process overview dashboards Develop and maintain process guides and procedures Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to optimize data-driven business processes Problem solving Minimum 3 years of experience in identifying, gathering business requirements to build data visualization solutions that establish cross-team clarity amongst both technical and non-technical audiences Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Excel functions, Power Query to extract and transform data from multiple sources, perform complex calculations and generate reports Location: This role will be Hybrid based in Midtown, Atlanta, GA (4 days a week in the office).
