Camp Nurse | Registered Nurse

Employment Type: Summer Season, Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Camp Nurse to join our team for the upcoming camp season. As a Camp Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of campers and staff, providing medical care, managing health records, and promoting a safe and healthy camp experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct medical care to campers and staff, including first aid, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including daily logs and incident reports.
• Conduct health screenings during camper check-in and throughout the season as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding camper health concerns.
• Collaborate with camp leadership to enforce health and safety protocols and respond to medical emergencies.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or a compact RN license.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in pediatric, school, or camp nursing preferred.
• High-energy, team-oriented approach with a warm and caring personality
• Ability to relocate to camp.
