Manpower is looking to add a Candidate Coordinator to join our Western Pa team. As a Candidate Coordinator, you will be part of the administrative team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Candidate Coordinator

Location: Cranberry Twp, PA

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: Monday thru Friday 8-5

What's the Job?

• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
• Running background checks and drug tests for potential candidates.
• Completing onboarding paperwork and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Performing various administrative duties to support the office operations.
• Assisting with any additional tasks as needed to enhance team efficiency.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using office software and technology.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
