The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to take on a high-visibility leadership role in shaping and advancing the enterprise information security, risk management, and privacy program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a leadership role, managing security initiatives in a complex organizational environment, and experience in higher education is preferred. Strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of information security principles, and experience with security operations centers and monitoring systems are essential. The CISO will also be expected to have expertise in security standards, frameworks, and best practices, as well as a strong background in risk assessments and management strategies. The role requires the ability to align security initiatives with organizational goals, a commitment to staying current in the field, and experience in leading and developing a diverse team of security professionals.
