About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead its clinical team and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services that meet state and national standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including assessing and diagnosing patients, managing budgets, and recruiting and training healthcare physicians. The ideal candidate will have a medical degree, a license to practice in North Carolina, and a background in family practice with significant leadership experience. Key skills for the position include strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals. The Chief Medical Officer will also be involved in patient care, community outreach, and the development of program initiatives to meet the healthcare needs of the target population.
