About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of People and Culture (CPAC) to play a pivotal role in enhancing and elevating the organization's people and culture function. The successful candidate will be a visionary, people-centered, and strategic leader, responsible for stewarding a long-term people and culture strategy that aligns with the company's values, goals, and financial sustainability. This includes leading efforts in organizational design, change management, and infusing values into all aspects of the employee experience. The CPAC will also oversee a comprehensive talent strategy, champion leadership development programs, and drive data-informed strategies to support a thriving organizational culture. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Council, the CPAC will serve as a trusted advisor on all matters related to talent, culture, and organizational health. Applicants for the CPAC role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior executive roles, preferably in nonprofit, national, or global organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading strategic HR initiatives, large-scale organizational change, and cultural transformation. Advanced knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and best practices in workforce strategy is essential, as is experience in talent development, organizational design, and coaching. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire and influence at all levels. Financial and operational acumen, as well as the ability to align people strategies in resource-constrained environments, are also key qualifications for this position.
