Housekeeper

As a housekeeper, you will provide quality customer service by giving meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning tasks. Your role will involve maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one attention to detail in customer service.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors.
• Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampooing carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fittings.
• Cleaning metal fixtures and fittings.
• Emptying and cleaning trash containers, disposing of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleaning wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and wiping down glass surfaces.
• Making up beds and changing linens as required.
• Realigning furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
• Responding to guest queries and requests promptly.
• Addressing calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass.
• Contributing to team efforts and exhibiting professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Work onsite at a climate-controlled facility in Coastal Carolina hospital, ensuring comfort and stability as you perform your duties.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Hardeeville, SC.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
