We’re partnering with a premier provider of mental health, ABA, and related therapeutic services to hire multiple Clinical Recruiters and Senior Clinical Recruiters . 🔹 What you’ll do:

• Proactively source and recruit clinical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and creative outreach strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for speech therapists, BCBAs, OTs/PTs, counselors, and more
• Conduct phone/video interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit
• Ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process aligned with employment laws and best practices

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of clinical recruiting experience
• Prefer 2+ years of recruiting clinical roles such as speech pathologists, behavior analysts, occupational and physical therapists, mental health counselors and other clinical positions
• Proven success filling hard-to-find roles in healthcare or therapy
• Strong sourcing skills — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and beyond
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
