We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team in mid- Q2 2025.
The Role: Commercial Insurance Account Manager (Remote)
This is a full-time, remote role for an experienced commercial account executive - who will be responsible for:
✅ Managing and servicing a book of business ($400K–$600k in revenue), primarily consisting of middle-market income-producing real estate management/acquisition firms & construction services firm client accounts .
✅ Pre-renewal planning (~150 to 180 days out ) – coordinating renewal marketing, strategy, and premium audits with producers and insureds.
✅ Mid-term servicing – processing endorsements, liaising with underwriters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations.
✅ Client advocacy and retention – actively collaborating with producers to optimize renewals and ensure high client satisfaction.
✅ Claims assistance – providing light claims support (dedicated claims staff to be added within 12-18 months).
✅ Account marketing – qualifying new business submissions (loss runs, SOV builds, etc.), with the producer leading placement strategy.
✅ Endorsement and documentation oversight – directing ACORD EOI preparation and ensuring accuracy before distribution.
This role offers a unique opportunity for internal growth , with a strong likelihood of promotion to Client Services Department Leader within 12 to 36 months.
What We’re Looking For
#128204;3 to 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management, Risk Advisory, or Insurance Sales (middle-market P&C experience preferred).
#128204; Expertise in commercial P&C insurance , especially in real estate, construction, and middle-market commercial sectors .
📌 Strong organizational and time management skills – efficiently managing high volumes.
📌 Excellent written and verbal communication – ability to engage with clients professionally and proactively.
📌 Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a dynamic, fast-growing team.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base Salary: $54,000 - to - $74,000 (based on experience and familiarity with the key industry segments served by Falcon).
#128176; Performance-Based Bonus: 1% to 5% of your assigned book's gross revenue ($3,500 – $25,000 estimated annual bonus range).
✅ 100% of Costs Covered towards Employer-Paid Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan // Platinum PPO $0 Deductible Healthcare Employee Benefits Program provided and costs paid for by Falcon ( eligible after 90 days of employment by Falcon ).
✅ Unlimited PTO ( after 90 days ) + Sick Days ( five sick days during the initial 90-day employment trial period ).
✅ Fully Remote Role – work from anywhere with a company-provided laptop & office setup.
✅ Travel Opportunities ( Optional , Not Required ) – Option to attend two to six out-of-state networking/prospecting trips each year - all necessary travel expenses covered by Falcon.
