We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Intern to support our brokerage and development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in market research, property analysis, marketing, and client support while learning the fundamentals of the commercial real estate industry.

• Assist with market research, property data collection, and competitive analysis

• Prepare property marketing materials, presentations, and reports

• Help maintain client and property databases in CRM systems

• Support transaction management by organizing documents and tracking deadlines

• Conduct property tours with team members and help coordinate site visits

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing proposals

• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media and promotional efforts

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Interest in commercial real estate, property development, or brokerage services

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Hands-on experience in commercial real estate operations and marketing

• Exposure to property transactions, client relations, and market analysis

• Networking opportunities with industry professionals

• Resume-building projects and mentorship
