Title: Compliance Analyst – Audit & Certifications

Location: Irvine CA

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our compliance & risk efforts across various frameworks, including PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. You will work closely with internal teams and external auditors to ensure adherence to relevant standards, maintain robust documentation, and contribute to a strong culture of compliance. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
• Assist in evidence collection, documentation review, and gap remediation tracking across business units.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses to audit requests.
• Monitor compliance posture and assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit readiness.
• Track and report on compliance milestones, issues, and risks to leadership.
• Stay informed of changes to regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance programs remain current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 4 years of experience in IT compliance, audit support, or risk management.
• Working knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with GRC tools and audit management software (e.g. ZenGRC) is a plus. Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are advantageous
