We\'re seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to lead and grow our CSR efforts, with a strong focus on global education programs and partnerships. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams, partners, and sponsors. What You\'ll Do Lead and execute a company-wide CSR strategy aligned with Kallman Worldwide\'s mission and values Oversee all aspects of the Endeavour Scholarship Foundation, including program planning, international student experiences, and partner coordination Build and steward relationships with sponsors, donors, and global partners Lead fundraising initiatives, including proposals, sponsorship development, and impact reporting Collaborate with Marketing to share compelling CSR and impact stories Manage budgets, timelines, compliance, and reporting across CSR initiatives What You Bring 5+ years of experience in CSR, nonprofit leadership, education programs, or related fields Proven experience developing partnerships and securing funding Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills Comfort working across cultures and time zones Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Kallman Worldwide, Inc.
