As a Customer Experience Specialist , you’ll be the primary point of contact for consumers after their initial conversation with a licensed loan officer. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience from loan origination to closing.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a customer success advocate in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls and texts , providing timely and professional support for mortgage loan inquiries.
  • Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans , ensuring accuracy and progress at every stage.
  • Perform data entry and validation tasks to keep loan documentation precise and compliant.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues and expedite processing .
  • Conduct preliminary research to answer customer questions and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Meet production and quality standards while following established policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of mortgage industry experience preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills .
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other mainstream applications .
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills .
  • Assessment score of 50 or higher .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
