You’ll be the go‑to expert for our Labor Law Poster subscription customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and personalized support. What You’ll Do Be the Voice of the Customer: Build strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Deliver Exceptional Support: Communicate via phone, email, and other channels to resolve inquiries, track orders, and troubleshoot shipping or billing issues. Ensure Compliance: Monitor and support the Compliance Check‑In process for Labor Law Posters, collaborating with regulatory experts to provide accurate information. Manage Subscriptions: Process new orders, updates, and returns for Labor Law Poster subscriptions, ensuring accuracy across all shipping locations. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for future growth. Drive Process Excellence: Maintain documentation, update client‑specific reports, and ensure procedures are followed with precision.
