Just Got 2 Have It! is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and maintaining accurate business records.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed

• Update and maintain records to ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Verify source documents and ensure proper formatting of entered data

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

• Perform routine data backups and file organization

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and productivity goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Proven experience as a data entry typist or in a similar role (preferred)

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar software
