Light Commercial HVAC Service Technicians who want to be part of something bigger-helping neighbors feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.

What You'll Do: - Diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including forced-air, steam, hot water, oil, high-velocity, and ductless units.
- Use specialized tools to solve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges.
- Keep customers informed on how to improve comfort, efficiency, and safety.
- Help junior technicians grow their skills and confidence.
- Maintain accurate service logs and truck inventory.
What We're Looking For: - 2-5 years of HVAC experience and strong industry knowledge.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and growth mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and contribute positively to the team.
Physical Requirements: - Lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders, crawl spaces, and various terrains.
- Work outside in heat, cold, and varied conditions.
