Job Details We are seeking a strategic, growth-focused, and results-oriented Permanent Director of Corporate Finance to join our team. This role will offer you the opportunity to drive financial operations, strategy, and growth in a dynamic and fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods environment. You will be a key partner to our leadership team, providing financial insights and recommendations that will shape the future of our business. You will play a critical role in building and improving our FP&A process, managing reporting, and driving product and project profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to make a significant impact on our organization.
Responsibilities - Develop and manage the FP&A process, making necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage reporting, product, and project profitability, and provide ad hoc analysis and decision support.
- Develop sophisticated financial, operational, and strategic models to drive business decisions and growth.
- Build and manage the long term business plan model, aligning with the strategic objectives of the company.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
Qualifications - A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in the CPG or Food & Bev industry.
- Proven experience in building and managing FP&A processes and making process improvements.
- Extensive experience in developing financial, operational, and strategic models.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other financial modeling tools.
- Experience with SAP Oracle or other identical ERP systems is a must.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting and Cash Flow management.
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience in sophisticated financial modeling and analysis.
- MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
