Join Our Team as Director of Rehab at Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab!

Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT, is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation(PT/OT/PTA/COTA/SLP) to lead the day-to-day operations of our Rehab Department.

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise clinic therapists and assistants.
Ensure staff licenses are current and compliant.
Maintain compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
Conduct documentation audits and uphold patient care standards.
Develop and implement new patient programs.

Qualifications:

Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP in the state of Vermont
Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience.
At least 1 year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or successful function as a point person under Clinical Operations supervision for 1 year.
