We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Control and Compliance Specialist to support our quality and regulatory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation systems, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and control documentation related to quality systems, manufacturing processes, and compliance audits.
-Ensure document version control, archival, and retrieval in accordance with regulatory standards.
-Coordinate the creation, review, approval, and distribution of SOPs, work instructions, protocols, and records.
-Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
-Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
-Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of document control systems.
-Train personnel on document management procedures and compliance expectations.
? Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in a document control, quality, or compliance role in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of regulatory standards: GMP, ISO 9001, FDA, or other industry-specific standards.
Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management tools.
