Job Overview Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Clinical Case Manager) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). Responsibilities and Duties Assign and track cases for service providers. Maintain case management databases. Prepare summaries for supervisory review. Coordinate scheduling of appointments and meetings. Serve as a communication bridge between clients and service staff. Qualifications Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s in human services or related field. 2+ years in administrative coordination or case management support. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Skills: Data entry, scheduling, multitasking. Competencies: Confidentiality, time management, team collaboration. Ancillary Details: Supports grant compliance documentation; assists with quality assurance audits of case files. Reports to Program Manager or Case Manager. Other Details Security Clearance: Due to the nature of engagements, security clearance is required for Engagement Teams handling sensitive engagements in the Federal Marketplace.
