Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries from clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Draft and distribute communication materials to clients as needed.
• Assist in developing communication strategies to enhance client engagement.
• Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the organization.
• Provide timely updates on projects and services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
