Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representative | Entry-Level Role! In-Person Position in the Miami Area | Remote Work Unavailable at Present.

We are seeking a E/L Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our retail customers by providing product and service information. We are looking for individuals who have a self-starting attitude, want to work hard, grow themselves professionally and advance upward through our firm.

Our team enjoys getting to know each other on a personal level, so getting together outside of the office is encouraged and frequent. Management is available for individual training sessions as we believe in an open door policy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing for small to medium accounts
• Providing sales and marketing face to face
• Customer relationship building
• New customer acquisition
• Consult priority customers
• Client branding- marketing
• Retail Management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience (wireless industry experience a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Location

• Miami Lakes, Florida

Schedule

• Thursday-Monday 10:30am-7:30pm
• Scheduled will be discussed more into detail if you need accommodation
