We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $50,000 per year dependent on experience and holding a NY State Property & Causalty Insurance License. We are willing to hire and train the right candidate with no prior insurance experience however at a starting salary of $40,000, in this role you will be a point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will assist with policy updates, handle general inquiries, take client payments, issue certificates and ensure that all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications

• Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 100% Paid Licensing Assistance if needed.
• Previous insurance experience is preferred. Preferred candidate would have 1-3 years of insurance industry experience or experience in office, banking, or Business-to-business service. While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to hire and train the right candidate without prior experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
