Entry Level Marketing Associate

Job Type: W-2, Full-time, On-site

Join our company as an Entry Level Marketing Associate to help us plan and implement marketing and advertising strategies. We are a fast-growing marketing firm that specializes in direct marketing solutions for some of the nation’s leading brands. Our team executes promotional events, brand representation, and in-person marketing campaigns designed to build awareness and drive new customer acquisition.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are competitive, goal-driven, and eager to grow in a hands-on marketing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in campaign coordination, face-to-face customer engagement, and in-person brand management.

Entry Level Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks and provide support to the marketing team.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client products, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and in-person promotional campaigns.
• Deliver a world-class experience to both existing and potential customers.
• Engage directly with customers to generate sales and increase brand visibility.

Entry Level Marketing Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, not mandatory (High School Diploma required).
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
