Are you a newly licensed real estate agent—or in the process of becoming one—and looking to start strong in your new career? We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our high-performance real estate team. If you're eager to learn, driven to succeed, and ready to build a rewarding business with real flexibility, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

• Learn how to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions
• Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence
• Build your pipeline through proven prospecting methods
• Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options
• Set income goals—and create the path to hit them with support and structure
What We Offer:
• Work from home and flexible hours (part-time and full-time options available)
• A collaborative team environment that supports your growth
• A system designed to help new agents ramp up quickly
• Tools, resources, and scripts to convert leads into clients
• Great earning potential – 100% commission-based compensation
• Opportunities for advancement and specialization as your business grows
Who We’re Looking For: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and online communication tools
• Strong desire to work independently while being part of a results-driven team
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients interested in real estate in Mount Juliet, TN, US by developing leads effectively.
• Expand knowledge and skills in the real estate industry through participation in training programs.
• Ensure successful appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent by maintaining regular follow-ups on leads.
• Nurture relationships with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to enhance brand recognition.
• Monitor team progress towards company objectives by creating and presenting monthly and quarterly sales reports.
• Convert qualified sales inquiries into new clients effectively by handling them promptly.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information for agents using a CRM system.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with clients efficiently.
Qualifications:
• A real estate license is required, or the willingness to pursue one is essential.
• Training will be provided, so prior experience is not necessary.
• Effective communication skills are crucial for successful client interactions.
• Commission opportunities are available as part of the compensation package.
• Holding a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement.
