Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Lead Security Guard at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will:
Work various security details such as: Hostile Terminations, Workplace Violence, Asset Recovery/Delivery, Close Protection and more.
Assist security guards with operational questions and concerns.
Assist with employee performance reviews.
Interact with current and potential security clients.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you must possess:
A valid Colorado CCW
A valid Driver's License
A Current Colorado Springs Armed Guard Card
High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
5 years of experience in security operations, armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
Strong attention to Details
Must have good spoken and written English.
Must be available to work nights and weekends (if necessary).
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
