Experienced Auto Glass Installer – Residential vehciles, Heavy Equipment & Fleet Vehicles
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | No Nights or Weekends
We are hiring an experienced Auto Glass Installer with a strong background in heavy-duty vehicle and fleet equipment installations. If you’ve worked on semi-trucks, box trucks, dump trucks, construction equipment, or other commercial vehicles- we want to talk to you.
This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and is looking for year-round, consistent work in a fast-paced, high-standard operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and replace auto glass on a wide range of vehicles, including heavy equipment and fleet vehicles (e.g., semi-trucks, utility trucks, box trucks, etc.).
Perform on-site mobile installations using proper tools and techniques.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure proper fit and seal of all glass installations.
Use both hand and power tools proficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized mobile workstation or job site.
Communicate professionally with clients and teammates to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Follow safety protocols and company standards on every job.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience installing auto glass (fleet and/or heavy equipment strongly preferred).
Comfortable working outdoors and on-site at client locations.
Ability to handle large and heavy windshields or flat glass panels safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00+ per hour , depending on experience.
Bonus opportunities based on performance and productivity.
