A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER
In this customer service position, you supervise your crew and ensure our restaurant's day-to-day operations all go smoothly. You are a capable leader who manages your team as they prepare our delicious chicken and serve it to customers. During rushes and peak times, you jump in with your crew to help fulfill our guests' orders.
If a customer has a complaint or receives an incorrect order, you calmly handle the situation and do what you can to make things right. You are highly motivated to meet assigned goals, and you help train your team so they can also meet their targets. You take pride in effectively leading your crew and serving our customers amazing food!
