Founding / AI Engineer (High Growth Startup) – Full Stack Developer (React, TypeScript, Node)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite 3–5 days/week) - Relocation Assistance Provided

Compensation: Annual Salary $130k - $200k + 1–1.5% Equity + Benefits

About the Role

Belle Lynn Sourcing LLC is partnering with an innovative AI startup that’s redefining how humans and software interact online. We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer/AI Engineer (with a “Founding Spirit”) to help build the next generation of AI-powered web products. You’ll design and ship real products used by real people blending software engineering, AI development, and product strategy in one dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You’ll work across the stack — React, TypeScript, Node, Supabase, and serverless frameworks — while influencing architecture, product direction, and technical standards for a company redefining how humans and AI interact online.

• Lead product integrations and architecture for scalable AI systems
  
• Develop full stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Node, and Tailwind
  
• Collaborate directly with users and founders to define product direction
  
• Build and optimize AI agent workflows that interact intelligently with real-world users
  
• Deliver production-ready features fast , balancing innovation and reliability
  

What They’re Looking For

You’re an engineer with startup DNA — you ship quickly, think independently, and thrive in fast-moving environments. You have experience building or scaling real products and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to solve complex problems.

They’re especially interested in candidates who have:

• Worked at or founded a high-growth startup
  
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer, AI Engineer, or Software Engineer
  
• Attended a top-tier university (MIT, Stanford, Harvard, etc.) or elite accelerator (YC, EF, Thiel Fellowship)
  
• Built and shipped projects end-to-end — either in production or personal ventures
  
• A record of exceptional execution, ownership, and innovation
  

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
  
• Backend: Node.js, Supabase, Railway (Serverless)
  
• AI Tools: OpenAI, LLM frameworks, agent workflows (preferred)
