Responsibilities: Develop well-structured, concise, and easy-to-understand design documents and feature specifications. Conduct research on trending mobile games to generate ideas for multiplayer game concepts (experience analyzing games on platforms like Roblox is a strong plus). Design gameplay mechanics tailored to the specifics of the Telegram platform (short sessions, viral and referral features, social interaction). Playtest prototypes and final builds, gather feedback, and provide actionable suggestions for improvements. Experience with balancing and economy design in idle games, 4X strategies, or farming games is a significant advantage. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in game design (mobile, hyper-casual, or web-based games). Strong skills in trend research and competitive analysis. Ability to structure ideas clearly and produce high-quality design documentation. Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
