What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a General Manager to help lead Van’s Pig Stand into its next chapter of success. This role is ideal for an ambitious, team-oriented leader who can balance hands-on restaurant management with strategic oversight. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with ownership and the management team to uphold Van’s long-standing reputation while driving growth, developing staff, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience and efficiency.

• Leading, developing, and mentoring management and crew teams.

• Supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

• Managing financial performance, including labor, inventory, and cost controls.

• Partnering with ownership on long-term goals, community engagement, and strategic growth opportunities.

• Acting as a culture leader, carrying forward Leroy “Van” Vandergrift’s vision of hospitality and quality.

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

We are Oklahoma's oldest single family owned BBQ Restaurant. We currently have 5 units with plans for growth in the near future.
